Aged Hakka Orange Tea ( 陳年客家虎ミカン茶(ちんねんはっかとらみかんちゃ） ) Orange are in season during the Christmas. Hakka Pomelo tea & Hakka Orange tea are fruit teas made by the Hakka villages during the autumn and winter months, when there is spare time from farming. In the past, it was a means of extra income for the Hakka after the autumn harvest. Pomelo tea is a healthy drink, and attests to the thriftiness and diligence of the Hakka. In some Hakka village of Northern Taiwan, this 1990s' vintage oolong tea aged in tiger orange skin is enjoyed as a medicinal health tonic. The tea is often brewed with small broken pieces of the tiger orange skin included and yields a dark brown liquor with clear citrus fragrance. Give it a long steep with full boiling water. 十年以上秘蔵してきたこ虎ミカン茶は、北台湾の客家農村に元々保健薬として風邪予防のために飲まれてきました。潤肺、咳き止めの効果のあるこのお茶は、茶湯は濃く、爽やかな柚子の香りを漂う甘酸っぱいの台湾客家風味です。 風邪気味、仕事中に咳のひどい場合にぜひお勧めします。

Dong Ding Oolong Tea ( 凍頂烏龍茶(とうちょうウーロンちゃ) ) A partially-fermented green Oolong which yields a golden brew, and has an emerald green rolled appearance. It grows in Middle and Eastern Taiwan. The taste of tea ranges from a light, refreshing floral crispness to a smooth and buttery flavor. 軽度の発酵をさせたお茶で、台湾中部で生産されます。玉のような形で、 水色は明るい黄金色です。口に含むと甘醇な味と果物の香りが広がります。

Four Season Oolong Tea ( 四季春ウーロン茶 ) This is an unique species of Taiwan. Light fermentation induce the strong fragrance of flowers and light sweet taste. 台湾原生株のウーロン茶で、軽発酵したため、強い野花の香りを引き出され、渋みが少ない、まろやかな味わいの一品です。

Jin Xuan Oolong ( 金萱ウーロン茶 ) Jin-Xuan Oolong is a special sub-variety of Green Oolong with a special fragrance and a light milky scent. Jin-Xuan is a special variety of Camellia Sinensis developed by Taiwan Tea Agricultural Research center. Premium Bai Hao Oolong (Oriental Beauty Tea) ( 東方美人茶(とうほうびじんちゃ) ) Well known highly fermented tea in Northern Taiwan. This Oriental Beauty Tea is a rare one from Ehr Mei County. Ti kuan yin Tea ( 鉄観音茶(てっかんのんちゃ) ) Medium-ferrnented tea grows in Northern Taiwan. This tea sometimes have nutty overtones,like smoked chestnuts. Wen Shan Pouchong Tea ( 文山包種茶(ぶんさんほうしゅちゃ) ) A linght fermented tea which yields a bright yellow-green brew and has a blackish-green striped appearance. It grows in the Wen-san Area of Northern Taiwan. Elegant and intensely aromtic with a long-lasting sweet aftertaste. 軽度の発酵をさせたお茶で、産地は台湾北部の文山であるところから文山包種茶という名がつけられました。茶葉の形は長い棒のようで色は濃く緑色、水色は黄金の中に緑色をつけたような典雅な色です。優雅な香りとまろやかな味が特徴です。 Ce th?de Formose est caractéris?par ses très grandes feuilles semi-fermentées. Son habit de camaïeux de vert et de bleu est parfum?de notes de fleurs blanches, jasmin et lilas. La mer de ses embruns iodées s'immisce dans ce bouquet.

Organic Green Tea Powder ( 粉緑茶（こなりょくちゃ） ) Our green tea is with special processing different from the Japanese green tea. In order to preserve the original nutritional content inside the tea leaves, our green tea is put to drying right after sorting & cleaning of the fresh leaves. Without firming (usually steaming or pan-frying), tea leaves are put to vacuum drying at 30 degree fahrenheit. This uinque green tea has been the world's only green tea drying without firming.
