* Tea ware : Clay Pots, Bone China Pots or Gai Wan
* Water Temperature : 90~100^oC hot water

Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water

Pour approximately 1/3~1/5 of Oolong tea leaves into pot

Pour water and steep tea leaves in water for 0.5~1.5 minutes for the first brew and increase steeping time for subsequent brewing

Same amount of tea can be prepared by pouring hot water into it for 3~7 times
