RiverDelights' tea-master's limited high elevation Oolong tea. Light (15%) fermented, induced floral fragrance with balanced sweet aftertaste.
A light-fermented green Oolong which yields a golden brew,and has an jade green rolled appearance. Grown in mountains of over 1000 meters in middle Taiwan. With year-round clouds and mists surrounded, the teas are exposed to the sun much less. The taste of tea ranges from a light, refreshing floral crispness to a smooth and buttery flavor.

High Mountain Oolong Tea Brewing Method:
* Tea ware : Clay Pots, Bone China Pots or Gai Wan
* Water Temperature : 95oC hot water
- Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water
- Pour approximately 1/5 of Oolong tea leaves into pot
- Pour water and steep tea leaves in water for 1~1.5 minutes for the first brew and increase steeping time for subsequent brewing
- Same amount of tea can be prepared by pouring hot water into it for 5~7 times
