A medium-fermented & heavily roasted oolong which yields a golden brew, and has an emerald green rolled appearance. It grows in Middle and Eastern Taiwan. The taste of tea ranges from a light, refreshing floral crispness to a smooth and buttery flavor.

Dong Ding Oolong Tea Brewing Method:

* Tea ware : Clay Pots, Bone China Pots or Gai Wan
* Water Temperature : 100^oC hot water

1. Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water


2. Pour approximately 1/5 of Oolong tea leaves into pot


3. Pour water and steep tea leaves in water for 1~1.5 minutes for the first brew and increase steeping time for subsequent brewing


4. Same amount of tea can be prepared by pouring hot water into it for 5~7 times
