Well known highly fermented tea in Northern Taiwan. This Oriental Beauty Tea is a rare one from Ehr Mei County. Enhenced by our Teamaster, this tea is a harmonization of fruity and honey flavour. Because it is made from tender, white-tipped tea bods, it is also called “White Tip Oolong?Medium-bodied, this type of tea has an intoxicating floral aroma and an intense, rich aftertaste of honey and peach that lingers in your mouth. For added enjoyment a small amount of brandy mixed with this tea can result to a more marvelous taste. Bai Hao Oolong has other names as Oriental beauty tea, Champagne Oolong or Formosa Oolong are indicating a same tea.
重発酵茶で、新竹県産の稀少な東方美人茶です。新芽だけを摘んで焙製(ばいせい)しています。新芽には白い毛のようなものがついてることから白毫ウーロン茶と呼ばれています。果物や蜂蜜の香りと赤く澄んだ水色で、お茶の中でも珍しい一品です。今回のお茶はバランスの取れた果物と蜂蜜の香りで、東方美人茶の中でも、珍品です。(限定販売) |

* Tea ware : Clay Pots, Bone China Pots or Gai Wan
* Water Temperature : boiling water
1. Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water
2. Pour approximately 2~3g of Oolong tea leaves into pot, pour hot water into pot and discard water (for cleansing and releasing flavor of the tea)
3. Pour water and steep tea leaves water for 0.5-1 minutes for the first brew and increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
4. Same amount of tea can be prepared by pouring boiling water into it for 5~7 times. |
