Well known highly fermented tea in Northern Taiwan. This Oriental Beauty Tea is a rare one from Wen-Shan District. Enhenced by our Teamaster, this tea is a harmonization of fruity and honey flavour. Because it is made from tender, white-tipped tea buds, it is also called “White Tip Oolong”.

Medium-bodied, this type of tea has an intoxicating floral aroma and an intense, rich aftertaste of honey and peach that lingers in your mouth.

For added enjoyment a few drops of brandy mixed with this tea can result to a more marvelous taste. Oriental Beauty Tea has other names as Bai Hao Oolong, Champagne Oolong or Formosa Oolong are indicating a same tea.

Oriental Beauty Tea Brewing Method:

* Tea ware : Clay Pots, Bone China Pots or Gai Wan
* Water Temperature : 85^oC hot water

1. Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water


2. Pour approximately 1/3 of Oolong tea leaves into pot


3. Pour water and steep tea leaves in water for 30 seconds for the first brew and increase steeping time for subsequent brewing


4. Same amount of tea can be prepared by pouring boiling water into it for 5~7 times
