Famous Northern Formosa Tea. Very light fermented tea which has a blackish-green striped appearance and yields a bright yellow-green brew. It grows in the Wen-san Area of Northern Taiwan. Our Wen-Shan Bao Zhong possesses elegant floral fragrance and has a rich, mild sweet after taste.

Pouchong Tea Brewing Method:

* Tea ware : Clay Pots, Bone China Pots or Gai Wan
* Water Temperature : 90~95^oC hot water

1. Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water


2. Pour approximately 1/3 of Oolong tea leaves into pot


3. Pour water and steep tea leaves in water for 45 seconds for the first brew and increase steeping time for subsequent brewing


4. Same amount of tea can be prepared by pouring hot water into it for 3~5 times
