Green Tea Brewing Method:

* Tea ware : Clay Pots, Bone China Pots or Gai Wan
* Water Temperature : 90^oC hot water

Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water

Pour approximately 1/3 pot of Green tea leaves into pot

Pour water and steep tea leaves in water for 0.5~1 minutes for the first brew and increase steeping time for subsequent brewing

Same amount of tea can be prepared by pouring hot water into it for 3~5 times
