Brewing Method:
* Tea ware : Clay Pots, Bone China Pots or Gai Wan
* Water Temperature : boiling water
1. Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water
2. Pour approximately 5g of Oolong tea leaves into pot, pour hot water into pot and discard water (for cleansing and releasing flavor of the tea)
3. Pour water and steep tea leaves water for 0.5-1 minutes for the first brew and increase steeping time gradually for subsequent brewing.
4. Same amount of tea can be prepared by pouring boiling water into it for 4~5 times. |
